How do you proceed when taking over a legal representation and during dispute resolution?

The resolution of a typical legal dispute can be generally divided into several steps:

  1. Contact a lawyer

In the event of a legal dispute, your first step is usually to seek the right lawyer to provide the services you require. You can find the legal services we usually provide to our clients in the “Services” section. However, if you are interested in providing another service that is not listed on our website, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to ensure that such service is provided to you.   1. Familiarization with the legal matter

The first communication with a lawyer focuses on finding the essence of the legal problem. Usually, such an acquaintance with a legal matter does not last long and is free of charge. In simpler cases, we can provide you free legal assistance and basic solution options, however we will provide you a specific legal services only when you become our client.

 

  1. Follow-up

After familiarizing us with the legal matter, we will usually notify you if it is within our competence to provide the service you require. We will also notify you of the approximate amount of remuneration for the providing of legal services or the method of its determination. In many cases, however, the amount of remuneration depends on the agreement between the lawyer and the client. Consequently, it is only up to you to decide whether you will be interested in providing legal services.

 

  1. Confirmation of cooperation

If you have decided to access our legal services to resolve a legal case, it will be necessary for us to become familiar with the legal case. This is done through a personal meeting, and in the case of simpler things you have the possibility to send the necessary documents also electronically, without the need to visit our law firm. In this step, we will also agree in writing on the amount of remuneration for the provision of comprehensive legal services and legal advice and at the same time we will explain the individual steps how we will proceed in resolving your legal case.

 

  1. Providing legal services

The next step is just our work commitment. While we basically try to burden our clients with legal issues as little as possible and try to gather all relevant information and documents in one meeting, we will be always in contact with you. We will always inform you about each legal action so that you always know everything about your case. We will prepare all necessary documentation for you, arrange correspondence with the counterparty, we will represent you in case of a lawsuit and we will take all necessary procedures for your protection. We will do our best to make you happy with our services.

 

I did not find the legal service I am looking for in the list of provided services. What should I do?

As we cooperate with several lawyers, the list of published services we provide is only demonstrative. If you have not found the legal service you need to provide in the published list of provided services on our website, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time and we will be happy to inform you about the possibility of providing services you require. Do you provide out-of-hours legal services?

In individual cases, if the case cannot be postponed, yes. It is also possible to provide legal services out of working hours even after agreement with the client. However, we may charge an additional fee for the providing of such a service. We will notify you about the amount of additional fee in advance.
